Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly - Anthony Bourdain This book is pretty much what I thought it would be - Anthony Bourdain's crass and (maybe?0 somewhat honest look at some of the kitchen culture in restaurants in America.

I think I would have liked it better if I had read it when it first came out, but I like Bourdain and I like his flavor of attitude, so reading his look at the kitchen culture he started off in was fun.
