I picked up this book because it was something someone in one of my book-clubs suggested and it has an introduction by Neil Gaiman (an author I adore). In the end? I'm kinda sorry I did. This book is, I think, supposed to be a lot funnier than it is. It hints at some deeper thoughts (maybe two or three times), but overall the character and (lack of) story are annoying.I kept wishing Christopher Moore had written it, because then it would have at least been worth my time.
