I picked up this book because it was something someone in one of my book-clubs suggested and it has an introduction by Neil Gaiman (an author I adore). In the end? I'm kinda sorry I did. This book is, I think, supposed to be a lot funnier than it is. It hints at some deeper thoughts (maybe two or three times), but overall the character and (lack of) story are annoying.
I kept wishing Christopher Moore had written it, because then it would have at least been worth my time.
